Drayton Hall is a wonderfully preserved plantation house along the Ashley River. It is one of the finest examples of Georgian-Palladian architecture in America. Tours of the house are offered several times a day. Rather than seeing a re-creation of how the house might have looked when the family lived here, you will see the house almost exactly as it was when received from the Draytons in 1974.
