This park provides access to Folly Beach and the Folly River. Lifeguards are on duty seasonally along a designated swimming area. Facilities include dressing rooms, showers, boardwalks, picnic tables, a snack bar, a gift shop, and equipment rentals, altho some of these are available only in the summer season.

How to get there
|
Located at the southwest end of West Ashley Avenue on Folly Island.
Take I-26 to exit #212 and go west on I-526 (Mark Clark Expressway) 11.2 kilometers (7.0 miles). Exit onto “US #17 North” and go east on the Savannah Highway 5.6 km. (3.5 mi.). Turn right onto Folly Road (SC #171) and go south 14.9 km. (9.3 mi.). Turn right onto West Ashley Avenue and follow this road to the county park.
