There are plenty of hiking and off-road bicycling trails running thru the 2,176 acres of the Harbison State Forest. Camping is not permitted, but drinking water and restrooms are available at the picnic area. This is becoming a popular place since it is conveniently located in a growing community. A conference center is available for rental.

How to get there
|
Located on US #176 (Broad River Road) just east of I-26 and north of I-20.
Take I-26 to exit #101 and go southeast on US #176 (Broad River Road) 4.5 kilometers (2.8 miles). The forest will be on the left side of the road.
OR
Take I-20 to exit #65 and go northwest on US #176 (Broad River Road) 5.9 kilometers (3.7 miles). The forest will be on the right side of the road.
