Hellers Creek Access Area
Located in Newberry County, SC.

This area is provided by SCE&G for public access to the Parr Reservoir. In addition to the boat ramp, you will also find picnic shelters and hiking trails that provide some good views of this largely undeveloped lake. Unfortunately, there is quite a bit of litter here, and there is also evidence of vandalism.
