Located at the intersection of Blossom and Pickens Streets in Columbia, SC.
Take US #1 into downtown Columbia. You will be on Gervais Street. When you get to Pendleton Street (four blocks east of the state house), go south six blocks (1.0 km.). Turn left onto Park Circle, which takes you to the parking lot.
