This ranger station in the Francis Marion National Forest also serves as a parking and rest area for the Swamp Fox Passage of the Palmetto Trail. A kiosk describing the trail is located here.

How to get there

Take I-26 to exit #212 and go east on I-526 for 9.0 kilometers. Exit onto Clements Ferry Road north. Continue north on Clements Ferry Road (#33) for 12.3 km. Turn onto Reflectance Road (#100) as it forks off to the left and go northeast 0.9 km. Turn left and go north on SC #41 17.2 kilometers. When you get to the Huger community, SC #402 forks off to the left. Go north on SC #402 for 4.4 km. Turn right and go north on Strawberry Road (#125) 3.6 km. Turn right and go northeast a short distance, and the ranger station will be on the right.
